Yup. I am up .4 pounds this week. It could be worse. Much, much worse. I have no excuses aside from, I like Easter candy & holiday food. I worked out religiously this week, like usual. I just need to get back on track with eating.
Wife and mom of three. I love to cook (and eat). I am also trying to please my family, lose weight, and make stuff that tastes GOOD. I love to exercise. I run, spin, and do a fantastically impossible local muscle work class.
